S (B) H16 Power Transformer with Amorphous Alloy Core

With many unique performance characteristics such as superior magnetism, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high hardness, high strength, and high resistivity, the amorphous alloy boasts superior magnetic property, and it is made into the amorphous alloy microstructure featuring an orderly short range and an unordered long range on atomic arrangement and combination by directly cooling the liquid metal at a speed of 106°C/S into a solid thin strip of 0.02-0.04mm thick and adopts the international advanced super-quenching technology and rapidly quenched solidification production process. The typical amorphous alloy contains 80% of iron, as well as boron and silicon, and it is a kind of soft magnetic material, with a small magnetizing power but no structure defect blocking the domain wall motion. As the energy conservation and consumption reduction becomes a global consensus, the amorphous alloy transformer gradually goes to the front stage and has a very broad prospect.
2. Application Scope
The product has been widely applied in new and reconstruction projects of urban and rural power grids, and it may also be widely used in outdoor power distribution systems in place of the transformer with the core made of silicon steel sheet. Mass deployment of the products may achieve good energy-saving effects and reduce the atmospheric pollution. The product is especially suitable for the areas where the electric energy is insufficient, the load fluctuation is big and the daily maintenance is difficult. As the transformer adopts fully sealed structure and avoids contact with the air, it may run in the humid environment and is the ideal power distribution equipment for urban and rural power distribution network.

2. Enhancement of the ability to withstand sudden short circuit;
As the low voltage adopts copper foil winding, the electric field distribution of transformer is uniform. The low-voltage inner frame adopts formed hard paper tube, while the high-voltage outer half lap is wound with tasteless glass adhesive tape layer by layer. The compression pad adopts the laminated wood, thus enhancing the mechanical strength of the transformer. The transformer uses vacuum oil filling, which may totally eliminate the bubble in the coil, so as to improve the overall ability of the transformer to withstand the sudden short circuit.
3. The transformer link group adopts Dyn11, thus lessening the impact of harmonic wave on power grid and improving the power supply quality;
